Know of any hybridizing between Ahipa and Jicama?
Yes, this has been done experimentally and is reported to be pretty easy. The ideal is to get a day length neutral plant with the larger tubers and more vigorous growth of jicama. I haven’t tried it, as our summers are too cold for jicama.
