I'm looking for viability times for seeds

Do anyone know how long the seeds (of any of the tubers or plants) are viable? I have some old Mauka I’m trying, but am thinking abouit others…;potatoes in particular.
Thanks,

Hi Ellie. Mauka seeds are good for at least five years with very little decline in germination. Potato seeds should have good germination for about five years, but begin to rapidly decline after that and get pretty close to zero by 10 years. This is at 70 degrees. If your room temperature is warmer than that, then they won’t last as long. Either one will last much longer if stored in the freezer.
