Quateata is a new variety this year. It is a good producer, up at the top with Humptulips and Moclips. Large average tuber size (still with plenty of small tubers, since that is just what ulluco does). It has a white center when raw, but the flesh color becomes solid yellow when cooked. Moderately earthy flavor. It is also a pretty good true seed producer. A small amount will be available when I reopen for root & tuber orders closer to spring.
