Arracacha can survive brief cold temperatures

We had a greenhouse heater failure and the overnight temperature fell to 25F. Soil in the pots was mostly frozen. Despite that, most of the rooted plants have come back.

Cold temperatures have been suggested as a flowering trigger, so maybe I will get lucky and this will convince some of the plants to go to seed.
